We're almost at the end of June, everyone. Today, after a long period of merely thinking about fixing up the Artwork page, I finally did it. You can click on my latest piece, the black + white link signature(which also happens to be my first exclusively black and white signature I've ever done...), below to see the page. Also, I update the Affiliation page, just rewriting a couple things I had written in there.

Today we have a new Zelda Affiliate: Zelda Oracles. It is a pretty cool site so check it out. I may update later today, but I might not be able to.

Update: I have just added a new page, Free Hosting. If you want to be hosted by The Castle of the Hybrid Goomba, this would be the page to visit. Last, I just noticed that we have reached the 5000 hit marker. I'm not sure if it was today or yesterday, but I'll try and figure that out.

First things first, today we have 2 new affiliates! Animal Crossing Crazy and Nin-Chat. Be sure to give them a visit, as they are both great sites.

On a different setting I FINALLY got the Gimp to work on my home computer, after long hours of installing/uninstalling, internet searching, and computer searching spread over many days ever since the release of Gimp 2.4. What does this mean to you? Well, I have been planning a new layout. Now that I can access the Gimp much, much more easily, I can do it quicker. I may update again today, but I have work today so it's not a guarantee.

Sorry for the long absence this month- lots of things going on in my personal life. However, I am about to get back on track with the site. I have been working on a number of different projects for a while now, which I am not going to say much more about at this time. That's not it for this post though...

We have had a long absence of major Nintendo-related news(or am I just missing a lot?), but I have some from the Pokemon world. A new game called Pokemon Platinum(cool name, eh?) is going to be released in Japan soon. It is basically as Emerald was to Ruby and Sapphire, just to Diamond and Pearl. Based on the screenshots on Serebii.net, located here, the game will feature a brand new storyline along with a graphic redesign and a new forme of Giratina. Looks like this is going to be a cool game, although we may have to wait until 2009 in the US for this title.

In the Mario world, Super Mario Sluggers has been announced. Nothing happening in the Zelda world, but hopefully we will get news of a new Zelda game soon. In the meantime, just keep enjoying original Nintendo classics.

New Stuff - 6/5/08 @ 3:50

A couple of cool new things today. First off, we have yet another new affiliate- welcome Mario Mayhem! They are an awesome site with tons of activities and downloads. Need proof, checkout what I drew on the "Draw A Mario" here. Uhh... Yeah, pretty cool, huh?

On a different note, I added a new page, the Final Fantasy III Job Guide. Unfortunately, it was extremely hard to find time to format all of the images, so so far there are only 3 pictures. Maybe I'll do them later, I don't know. Anyway, I have plans in action for even more guides and pages, but unfortunately, I probably will not be capable of updating until... June 16th or later. Pretty scary huh? Maybe I'll fit another update in sometime, but I am going to be gone for four days and the others I am going to be really, really busy. So... to wrap this up... I don't know what to say =P.

New Affiliate and Page Corrections - 6/3/08 @ 3:30

The first news is that we have a new affiliate: NintendoLand. Feel free to give them a visit. Also today, I basically did a checkup on the site, going around and fixing minor errors. Here is a bulleted list of what I did:

Re-centered the banner on the Games page
Fixed the messed up link for The Wind Waker in the Zelda Games Index
Fixed the banner bg so that there is now a dark gradient at the top
Fixed the linking text in the text boxes on the Link To Us page
Added the current layout to the Past Layouts page

New Affiliate - 6/1/08 @ 1:35

Today, I have added a new affiliate- Purple Yoshi's Page. They are a Yoshi fansite and they have lots of great stuff so feel free to pay them a visit. In other news, you may or may not have noticed, but I moved the May updates out of the way. And last, I modified the news format for hopefully the last time in a while.
