The Pokemon Emerald Cloning Glitch

The Emerald Cloning Glitch. You may have heard of it, you may have not. Whatever your case, you may want to learn about this glitch. Before I start I would like to inform you of a few things. First, some people may think unkind thoughts about me for bringing you this information. Second, this glitch IS cheating and thus people may think unkind thoughts about you for carrying out this glitch. Lastly, this glitch has been known to ruin some peoples games, although the chances of this are slim. Now onto the glitch...

Before we start, there are a few requirements that you need to have met. I will put them in bullets for you.

• You need to have a copy of Pokemon Emerald (no other version will work)
• Need to have beaten the Elite four
• Need to have unlocked the Battle Frontier
• Need to be at the Battle Tower

After you have completed the requirements, save in front the PC in the Battle Tower. Deposit the Pokemon you want to clone into an empty box in your PC. Save in front of the PC. Then withdraw the Pokemon. Once you have done that, go over to the far right Battle Tower counter which should be the Multi Link Counter (I may be wrong, but just remember that it's the far right counter). Choose lvl. 50 or Open level, it doesn't matter. Choose the appropriate Pokemon. After that it will say something like "You must save before you enter the Battle Tower. Is that OK?". Choose "Yes". You will witness a momentary pause. When the saving window pops up, immediately shut off your console. When you continue your game, you will find the Pokemon in your party and in the box that you deposited the pokemon in with all of the ribbons, held items, and exact stats as the originals.

If you would like to clone items, just follow these simple steps. First save in front of the PC. Then attach items to any Pokemon in any box. When finished, save in front of the PC again. Then take all of the items off of the Pokemon in the PC. After that go over to the far right counter and do the same thing you did in the above paragraph. After you continue your game, the items you put on the Pokemon will be on the Pokemon in the PC and in your bag. Very useful if you are trying to get a lot of an item or items.
